Frederick H. Graessle, CPA
Frederick H. Graessle, founder of Integrity Assurance, LLC, is a thirty-year veteran Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, specializing in White Collar Crime investigations. During his tenure with the FBI, Mr. Graessle has lead significant investigations into financial institution failures, health care fraud, insurance fraud, labor fraud, environmental fraud, securities and investment fraud, corporate and public corruption matters, and numerous other economic frauds. Mr. Graessle was a member of the FBI’s Corporate Fraud Reserve team. Mr. Graessle is an expert witness on financial fraud matters and accomplished a 97% conviction rate spanning three decades of service.

Between 1998 and 2001, Mr. Graessle helped develop and teach the White Collar Crime curriculum for the U.S. State Department sponsored International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Graessle has also developed and implemented multiple undercover operations involving the most sophisticated and complex investigative techniques used by the FBI.

Mr. Graessle served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana CPA Society from 2003 to 2005 and was honored as the Outstanding CPA in Government in 2001. Mr. Graessle currently serves on the Leadership Cabinet for the Indiana CPA Society and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Virtual Grassroots Panel.

Mr. Graessle is a 1973 graduate of Indiana University and has been a licensed CPA since 1977.

FlashPoint – Krista Skidmore, President
Krista Skidmore holds a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Resource Management and Psychology from Anderson University, graduating Magna Cum Laud; is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a Certified Training Consultant through Ball State University. Before co-founding FlashPoint, Ms. Skidmore developed expertise in legal and corporate compliance, building human resource functions, developing management performance and compensation programs, and developing management training programs.

Ms. Skidmore has designed, developed and facilitated leadership programs in the public, private and government sectors. These programs have enhanced performance and efficiency for many clients throughout the Midwest by strengthening key employee retention, communication, teambuilding, and diversity programs. Ms. Skidmore routinely presents on a variety of HR and management consulting topics for local and regional conferences.

Ms. Skidmore is the recipient of the 2002 President’s Award for Excellence in Volunteerism from the Indiana American Society of Training & Development; the 2004 Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders Award; a 2003 iWoman Visionary Award nominee; and a member of several Honor Societies.

Ms. Skidmore is a board member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Falls School of Business at Anderson University; a board member of the Central Indiana Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, ASTD; founder of the leadership development group, AUCTUS; and a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, the Society of Human Resource Marketing, and the American Society for Training and Development.

Dr. Alan F. Friedman, Ph.D.
Dr. Alan F. Friedman is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in fitness for duty evaluations for organizations and assists corporations of all sizes in developing crisis management plans and procedures. He is considered a leading expert in the threat assessment of potentially dangerous employees and routinely advises corporations, organizations and law enforcement agencies on security issues and risk management strategies.

Dr. Friedman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University Medical School and is a Fellow in the Society for Personality Assessment, and a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. He is also a member of the American and Illinois Psychological Associations.

He is the senior author of three highly acclaimed textbooks of psychological assessment and his most recent book was published in its second edition in August, 2001. He has authored over two dozen professional articles and writes for various trade publications such as Security Management Bulletin and Security Watch. Dr. Friedman is also the senior author of a chapter in a recently published suicide prevention book entitled Assessment, Treatment, and Prevention of Suicidal Behavior. Dr. Friedman is currently completing a book entitled Managing the High Risk Employee.

Dr. Friedman received his Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati and interned at Ohio State University Medical School. He completed his Master’s degree at California State University and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California.

Dr. Larry Barton, Ph.D.
Dr. Larry Barton is one of the world’s leading experts on crisis management and crisis communication. His presentations to corporate and association audiences worldwide are continually top-ranked due to a sharp focus on how stake holders, investors, customers and the media perceive management reaction during and after a disaster. He has analyzed causes and “rebound” effects of crisis situations at over 400 corporations worldwide and has spoken to audiences in over 30 countries.

Dr. Barton is the youngest person ever appointed to the faculty at Harvard Business School. He has taught crisis management and business recovery at Penn State University and Boston College. He is a consultant to the United States Army War College on crisis response.

Dr. Barton is the author of the number one best-seller in the field of crisis management, Crisis in Organizations (1990: Thomson) as well as several other major publications. He is the editor and subject advisor for the new book Crisis Management (2004: Harvard Business School Press). Dr. Barton has written over 60 corporate crisis plans and has designed nine “war rooms” for corporations worldwide. He has consulted with companies on over 1200 cases worldwide over the last twenty years on topics including embezzlement, workplace murder, chemical leaks, stalking, employee and vendor sabotage and numerous other disasters.

Dr. Barton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He holds an A.B., magna cum laude, in speech and communications from Boston College, a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University and a Ph.D. in public affairs and international communications from Boston University. He was named a Senior Fulbright Fellow to Japan in 1995 by the United States Information Agency

Listen Up Group – Alice M. Peterson, President
Alice M. Peterson became the President and co-founder of Listen Up Group after previously holding chief financial, administrative, and operating roles in both Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Ms. Peterson started RIM Finance, a wholly owned unit of Research in Motion Limited, maker of the BlackBerry wireless handheld and other wireless devices. Ms. Peterson was previously the CEO of GuidanceResources, a start-up business focused on providing online behavioral health and concierge services to employer groups and other associations. She is the former VP and General Manager of Sears Online from October 1998 to February 2000, at which point she launched and ran the internet-related businesses and services of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Ms. Peterson held various finance, capital markets and strategy positions at Kraft, PepsiCo and the Harris Corp.

Ms. Peterson serves on the Board of Directors of Fleming Companies, a $15 billion supplier of consumer package goods to retailers of all sizes and formats in the United States. She is presently the Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee for Fleming. She also serves on the Board of Directors of RIM Financial and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ravinia Festival.

Ms. Peterson earned an M.B.A. in finance in 1981 from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Business, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.
